As a requirement of membership in the National Association of REALTORS®, new members must attend the New Member Orientation Course of the Elmira-Corning Board of REALTORS®, Inc. It will cover topics including Professional Standards, Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Lead Based Paint, Agency Disclosure, and Multiple Listing Service. After the class participants will be inducted into the Board and will receive their REALTOR® pin and certificate.
The course will be held approximately two times a year. Agents who are required to attend this course will be notified by the board prior to the course.
