The Elmira-Corning Association of REALTORS® offers the Salespersons Qualifying Course approximately two times a year. Taking this course and passing the end of course exam qualifies the student to take the New York State Salespersons Exam. Passing the New York State exam qualifies the student to apply for a NYS Real Estate Salespersons License.
