Due to the Covid-19 epidemic our 2020 classroom education schedule was temporarily on hold.  Starting Sept. 1, 2020, we plan to offer our originally scheduled courses virtually via zoom.

Beginning Sept. 1st, we plan to resume our 2020 education schedule by replacing our classroom courses with live virtual courses.  Using the zoom platform, we plan to offer quality courses, without losing the interaction between students and instructors.  As soon as we receive the new guideline approvals from the NYDOS, we will post our schedule with registration forms below.

For licensed salespersons and brokers, the business of real estate holds many risks.  We have laws, rules and regulations to follow.  And because we are "licensed to practice", the bar is held higher for us.  Of all the legal pitfalls we encounter, perhaps the two most litigious areas are Antitrust and Misrepresentation.  This program will help licensees face their sensibilities about antitrust and misrepresentation red flags, anticipate complexities, prepare scripts to effectively answer questions and better handle various situations that could otherwise lead to humiliation, severe penalties, loss of license and even prison terms.
